The word is that this year's Party will have a little something extra when 10 P.M. rolls around. I guess you'll have to be there when it happens....I know I'll be there. The MNSSHP Parade is performed twice during the event and here's a hint.....if you want the vest pictures make sure that the parade comes from your right.
